Fun Fact: Mermaids eat people!

Ah, someone still hasn't learned to prioritize important info yet it seems.

Originally, in myth, mermaids are a siren like creature, luring men in with their beauty and voice only suck out their souls/ eat them. Not to be confused with the children of Poseidon, who were half human, half fish. Like many myth, the two were eventually combined in someways, resulting in the idea of beautiful, kind, singing mer-person that did not eat people.

I'm sure his dreams are crushed learning about the mermaids.

I wonder if mermaid's eat fish too. That way they're cannibals on both sides of their biological families. That would definately confuse Ariel's relationship with Flounder

I love this comic, it's so cute! :D For a while, it's been in my mind, that mermaids eat humans, especially since "Pirates of the Carribean". They're beautiful and deadly, just how I like girls, also incredibly smart and powerful too. Though they may not eat humans all the time, some might actually like humans. They probably use their beauty and voices to lure people into a false sense of security, before they chow down. Sirens are bird women who use their voices to seduce and kill men. While Mermaids are fish-tailed girls who also use their voices to lure men. Sorry for rambling, keep up the good work. :)

This kinda makes me wonder if the U.N already knows about her nation or whether shes trying to better understand humans in preparation for revealing themselves.

I think Simon should be more concern about the fact that cannibal mermaids may be coming to his homeland.........V-_-

oh my gosh, this might be the cutest webcomic ever. i started it about a week ago, and i just love it. it so well written for a story that seems to be about children so far! loving it ^^
