@ delunaeus: I don't think the guards are jerks just for not allowing them to properly investigate. Governmental or security people are all very suspicious and untrusting. Not their faults. :P
Also the incompetent thing seems a bit harsh. They're just lower level guys. They never have access to anything. You gotta talk to a suit for that.
Exciting to see another update! Heh. I wonder if Doc Voltage is specifically into Everywhere or if she's just up in people's personal space like that generally. (She was kinda all over Virtuoso a few pages back.)
And it always speaks well of your superhero gang that they don't get along 100 percent well with the powers that be.
